Using the AIA Document B107-2020, Standard Form of Agreement Between Developer-Builder and Architect for One- and Two-family Prototype Residential Units, Jonathan provides entitlement, design, construction documents, and building permitting services. The design fee is $150/hour for architectural and $250/hour for engineering.
Custom Design
Custom design services are delivered under the AIA Document B101-2017, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect. The fee for this service is a negotiated percentage of anticipated construction costs.
Micro Apartments
Jonathan is currently seeking a partnership with an overseas developer of micro apartments buildings, which will be delivered under the AIA Document B101-2017, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect. The fee for this service is a negotiated percentage of construction costs.
