About
Jonathan J. McKim, RA, NCARB
Jonathan J. McKim, Architect (JJMA) was established in July of 2009 when Jonathan was granted an architect's license by Arizona, followed by California, Hawaii, and Pennsylvania. As a sole proprietor, Jonathan offers personalized one-on-one services to his clients, functioning as their advocate from start to finish and managing all aspects of his practice’s projects, from designing a custom luxury home in the hills of Marin to hanging from a rope on the side of a high-rise for an AB-110 facade inspection in the Pacific Heights, you can rest assured that your project will not be handed off to a junior employee.
Jonathan has experienced homelessness twice, losing his home in the early 2000's financial crisis and ended up living in his car, and a second time after Deputy Attorney General Joshua Johnson, who on half of Jonathan's former 1099 client, RC, who Jonathan caught engaging in bid rigging (Sterman Antitrust Act, 1890), refused to have candor with the court, hired a subject matter expert witness that worked for RC, and together set out to ruined Jonathan's reputation (CAB 23-15) in an effort to corner the market for RC. To this end, key components of his practice are affordable housing/mid-rise micro apartment buildings and exposing state corruption, especially within Rob Bonta's DOJ.
